For Energetic Restoration

Come Home to Your Body

For thousands of years, many cultures have used sound vibrations as a way to support balance within the subtle energy centers known as Chakras. Ancient traditions observed that specific tones, rhythms, and frequencies could influence the flow of energy in the body, helping to loosen emotional blockages, calm the mind, and restore a sense of inner alignment. Today, sound-based practices such as Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls continue this lineage by using vibration to gently guide the Chakras toward greater harmony, grounding, and vitality.

Come Home to Your Body

I came to Rosemary's Somatic Breathwork and Sound Healing session during a period of deep grief and disconnection when my body felt overwhelmed and inflamed. From the start, the space felt safe, calming, and deeply intentional, allowing my nervous system to soften. Rosemary's attuned guidance, gentle movement, and intuitive sound work helped release a heaviness I have been carrying for a long time. Months later, the impact remains. I move through my body with more ease, self-compassion, and care.

Sound Therapy

Each sound session is 45 min duration. During the session, I step into the role of a grounded facilitator, attuning to your energy and guiding sound in a way that supports what your body and nervous system are calling for at that moment. I use a curated collection of instruments to create a layered, immersive sound experience: • Crystal singing bowls resonating with the Chakra system • Elemental chimes inspired by Earth, Air, Fire, and Water • An ocean drum to evoke rhythmic, soothing waves • Tuning forks for gentle vibrational alignment Each session becomes a unique soundscape crafted to encourage regulation, emotional softening, move blockages, restoring balance and calm.

  • Yes. Emotional release is common and healthy. When your body feels safe, stored emotions may rise to the surface. Crying, tearing up, or feeling waves of emotion are natural parts of the healing process.
  • Trembling, shaking, or small muscle movements are signs of your nervous system releasing stress or survival responses. These sensations are safe and I support you through them.
  • Some frequencies activate areas that hold tension or emotional residue. If a sound feels overwhelming, it's simply touching a part of your system that is ready for release. You can always let me know and we will adjust immediately.
  • You may feel calm, relaxed, clear, lighter, emotional, or reflective. Others may feel tired as their body continues integrating the session for 48–72 hours. All responses are normal.
  • Yes. These modalities support women experiencing chronic stress, survival mode, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and trauma responses. They help regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to your body.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals, and come open to receiving. You don't have to do anything — simply allow yourself to be guided.
  • Some people feel sensations immediately; others notice shifts later. Stillness does not mean it isn't working — healing happens even in subtle ways.
  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions support deeper healing, especially during emotional transitions. Monthly sessions help maintain grounding and balance.
