These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of Come Home to You services, including coaching, holistic healing, workshops, and therapy (where applicable).
Come Home to You offers four distinct types of services:
• Coaching: Personal development and self-leadership coaching designed to help women reconnect with their authentic selves. Coaching is not a clinical or therapeutic service.
• Holistic Enhancements: Sound therapy, somatic interventions, and other energy-based modalities. These are complementary wellness practices and are not medical treatments.
• Workshops: Group workshops and supportive circles. A place where meaningful growth happens in community.
• Therapy: Licensed clinical therapy services provided exclusively to New York State residents by Rosemary Esperanza, LCSW.
Sessions are scheduled through our booking system. We request that you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate. We understand that emergencies happen and may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session, unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. For therapy services, we adhere to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
While coaching and holistic healing services are not bound by HIPAA, we maintain strict confidentiality practices for all clients. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
Coaching and holistic services are not substitutes for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health crisis line.
Coaching and holistic services are designed to complement, not replace, professional healthcare. We encourage you to consult with appropriate healthcare providers for any medical or mental health concerns.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Come Home to You and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Materials provided during sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
Come Home to You and Rosemary Esperanza, LCSW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
