Rosemary Esperanza, LCSW

I founded Come Home to You after 13 years on the frontlines of community mental health, working with women who were outwardly managing and inwardly unraveling, and slowly understanding that the gap between those two realities was exactly where my work needed to live. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State, a certified holistic practitioner, and a life transformational coach, fluent in English, Spanish, and the Spanglish that lives somewhere in between. As an Afro-Puerto Rican woman born and raised in Brooklyn, I bring my whole self into this work, because I believe that the best healing happens when you feel genuinely met, not just clinically assessed. My career has been dedicated to helping women understand how early experiences shape adult realities - specifically, the hypervigilance, people-pleasing, and over-functioning that once kept you safe, but now keep you stuck.

I offer four distinct pathways for growth. While all are informed by my clinical expertise, they serve different goals and operate under different frameworks: - Therapy: Clinical, trauma-informed care for New York State residents navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and complex life transitions - Coaching: Transformational 1:1 support for self-led women ready to build a life that actually feels like theirs - Holistic Enhancements: Body-based practices including sound healing, breathwork, and restorative approaches to deepen nervous system regulation - Workshops: Group healing experiences for women ready to grow, regulate, and transform in community. Virtual workshops in English & Spanish/Spanglish. Worldwide access My approach integrates evidence-based clinical modalities (CBT, Schema Therapy, some Parts Work, Somatic Therapy) with somatic awareness, cultural sensitivity, and a deep belief in the wisdom already living inside you. I am also currently a participant in The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) Informed Professional Training, a somatically based, mindfulness-oriented framework for treating complex trauma (C-PTSD) and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). You don't need to be fixed. You need to be heard, held, and honestly supported as you find your way back to yourself. That's what I'm here for.
